Home Buying Program from CU Realty Services Assists Members from Start to Finish
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., September 6, 2016—California-based Kinecta Federal Credit Union wanted to provide its approximately 286,000 members with a complete home buying experience; one that would take them all the way from their initial home search to their new set of house keys. To achieve the goal, the $3.9 billion CU, out of Manhattan Beach, implemented HomeAdvantage.™ HomeAdvantage is a turn-key real estate program from CU Realty Services (CURS), the largest real estate CUSO in the U.S.

- 110 have been referred to a preferred HomeAdvantage agent
“We looked a long time for the right program to offer our members because we wanted to provide them with a comprehensive buying experience; one that was as seamless as possible,” said Jason Sasena, SVP of residential mortgage lending. “Buying a house is complicated when you factor in financing, finding a real estate agent and searching for the right home. The HomeAdvantage program encapsulates the process and makes buying or selling a lot easier.”
When the program was launched, the first to take advantage was Jenielle Axel, a Kinecta employee. “Like all home buyers going through the program, I received a Cash Reward at closing, but that wasn’t the best part of being with HomeAdvantage,” said Axel. “The real benefit was the amazing service. The HomeAdvantage team made me feel important and like my home buying transaction was a top priority.”
